Appointment Scheduling

How do I schedule an appointment online?

To schedule an appointment, click the “Schedule Online” button on the homepage or the scheduling section in your “OnPatient Portal.” Follow the prompts to select your service, choose a date and time, and provide your contact information.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment online?

Access Your Appointments:

Log into your OnPatient account and navigate to the “Appointments” tab on the navigation bar.

View Upcoming Appointments:

The Appointments page lists your upcoming appointments. Click on the appointment you wish to reschedule to view its details.

Reschedule Your Appointment:

You will see a “Reschedule” button on the appointment details page. Click this button to proceed with rescheduling.

Choose a New Time:

After clicking “Reschedule,” you will be directed to a scheduling tool where you can select a new appointment time based on our availability.

Confirm the New Time:

Once you have selected a new time, click “Reschedule” again. A confirmation page will appear, allowing you to confirm the new appointment time.

What is the cancellation policy for appointments?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.

I forgot my patient portal password. How do I reset it?

If you forget your password, click the “Forgot Password” link on the onpatient.com/login page or the OnPatient app. Follow the instructions to reset your password, which involves entering your email address and receiving a password reset link.
